Check out this user’s ETS EC 125/3 sander systainer upgrades. The factory Systainer wastes a lot of space, so he ditched the Festool molded insert and built a sandpaper rack to hold 6 different grits. It’s made from scraps of walnut and 1/4” maple ply. On the left where the sander stores is a piece of rubber backed commercial carpet. The advantage of the carpet is that the sander’s velcro pad sticks to the carpet so the sander won’t flop around during transport.
In the photos you can probably see a few small screws that hold the sandpaper divider into the Systainer. The supplied Festool 5mm Allen wrench for changing the sanding pad fits in a hole drilled in the right side of the sanding disc rack.
This is a Systianer3 M 237.
