SawStop at IWF, Where the Case Is Part of the Product

Fitout By SawStop

SawStop, System Partners, Trade Show, IWF, Systainer³ XXL 237, Systainer³ M 112, Black Systainer, Label Card

A dado stack is a tool you use for an afternoon and then do not touch until the next job that needs one. Same with a miter gauge you swap in for angles you cannot cut on the fence. They are expensive, they are made of loose pieces, and they spend most of the year in a cabinet — which is one of the storage problems the systainer was designed for.

Black Systainer³ M 112 open on a stack at the SawStop booth, showing an 8 inch dado blade, chippers and a red zero-clearance insert plate in a vacuum-formed tray, with a printed dado width chart on the inside of the lid

This is the SawStop Premium 8” Dado Set, BTS-DS8-SYS, in a black Systainer³ M 112. Two 24-tooth outer blades, five chippers, shims, the dado brake cartridge and the red zero-clearance insert plate, each in its own molded pocket. The chart on the inside of the lid tells you which chippers to stack for a given width — it is printed on the case because that is the surface you are looking at when you need to know.

Black Systainer³ XXL 237 open on a cart at the SawStop booth, holding the Revolution Miter Gauge, its fence extrusion and small parts in die-cut foam, with a Common Miter Angles reference chart and an owner's manual pocket in the lid

The Revolution Miter Gauge gets a Systainer³ XXL 237 — the long format, because the fence extrusion is long — with die-cut foam and a pocket for the manual. Its lid carries a “Common Miter Angles” table, which is the sort of thing that lives on a shop wall until the one time you need it somewhere else.
