Handle Module for easier pulling

3D Print, Systainer Stack, SYS-RB Cart

This user loves his systainers and often has to transport them into maker spaces, workshops and hotels. Being able to pull the stack of systainers on a SYS-RB, not just push, was the inspiration for this unique item.

The handle module has a 3D printed core (to save weight), layered wood top and bottom (for structural strength), 3D printed cleats and lock, and a cheap aluminum handle that was designed for 8020.

You may also notice that each “Anti-Cleat” has a 1/4-20, brass heat insert nut sunk into it. Those inserts are used to quickly attach a tabletop to the handle module using 1/4-20 machine screws - because you never know when you’re going to need a table! This is “V1” of the tabletop - V2 will have better edges.

This stack of systainers includes: 1 x SYS-RB 1 x Sys3 M 137 1 x Sys3 M 187 2 x Sys3 M 237 1 x Sys3 M 437 1 x Sys3 XXL 237 1 x BIG ANT Crate (with custom lid and bottom adapter) 1 x Side Handle Module (Custom - allow for significantly easier pulling) 1 x Igloo Cooler
